What we collect
If you use the request form or email us, we receive what you send: your name, company, trade, city, email address, and anything you add. If you provide a phone number or website, we receive those too.
What we use it for
To reply to you, to confirm the scope of an audit, and to deliver the report and walkthrough. We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking.
Audits use public data
An audit looks only at information that is already public: your website, Google Business Profile, reviews, directories and what AI assistants say. We do not contact your customers, staff or suppliers, and we do not publish your score or name without written permission.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising trackers. Our host, Cloudflare, records aggregate traffic data in order to serve and protect the site.
Keeping and deleting
We keep correspondence and reports for as long as we work together and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Email outreach@shortlist-local.com at any time to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted.
